A cloud SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) platform is an IoT cloud platform developed for industrial control application scenarios.

 It provides a simple and convenient operational mode, allowing users to easily and freely implement certain functions without the need for programming. For instance, it offers numerous drawing elements, controls, report formats, and alarm methods, providing excellent practical value.

The cloud SCADA platform launched by Wutongbolian enables the visualization of process flows and operational statuses in the form of SCADA screens.

 The current SCADA display screen integrates dynamic real-time data screens, data curves, data reading and writing, historical records, alarm records, and device control functions, facilitating users in monitoring the entire control system's operational status more intuitively and vividly. This platform is applicable to various industrial scenarios, such as achieving data acquisition and SCADA monitoring of Siemens PLCs via the Modbus protocol.

By connecting the Wutongbolian industrial intelligent gateway to a Siemens PLC, the Modbus protocol can be automatically adapted, enabling real-time communication with the cloud SCADA platform (via 5G/4G/WIFI/Ethernet, etc.).

 This allows for the editing and operation of the cloud SCADA. On the platform, users need to first define the machine model and device variables to facilitate the association of variables during SCADA screen editing, achieving a mapping and linkage between physical devices and virtual graphics. Subsequently, through adjustments and edits of various controls, SCADA monitoring of on-site processes can be achieved, allowing users to view information such as the number of devices on-site, their operational statuses, and real-time data at any time.

By browsing the SCADA screens and viewing the data, functions such as device fault alarms, remote device control, and device data analysis can be implemented.
