Pad printing machines are equipment used for printing, primarily for applying text and patterns onto surfaces of irregularly shaped objects.

 This printing technique, known as pad printing, is an indirect, recessed rubber head printing technology applicable to various materials such as plastics, metals, and ceramics. It enables single-color or multi-color printing and offers advantages such as high automation and diverse printing modes.

To achieve data acquisition and remote monitoring of pad printing machines, Wutong Bolian provides a PLC data acquisition gateway capable of collecting PLC data and connecting via 5G/4G/WIFI/Ethernet to upload data to a cloud platform or local host computer, forming a remote monitoring interface.

 This system offers operations such as remote monitoring, fault alarms, remote control, and remote maintenance, enhancing work efficiency and management levels while promoting management upgrades and capacity optimization.

System Architecture
