In modern manufacturing industries, CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machine tools serve as the core equipment of automated production lines, with their operational status and efficiency directly determining the overall production efficiency and product quality.

 To monitor the status of machine tools in real-time, optimize production processes, and enhance production efficiency, the data collection and visual display of CNC machine tools are of paramount importance. By collecting real-time operational data from CNC machine tools and displaying it on workshop data dashboards, enterprises can achieve comprehensive monitoring and management of the production process.

The data collected from CNC machine tools includes key information such as coordinate axis positions, speeds, accelerations, feed rates, and tool holder information.
